These estimates are based solely on the information you provide during the estimation wizard — project description, selected features, integrations, complexity preferences, and other inputs you supply. The quality and accuracy of an AI-generated estimate is directly dependent on the quality and completeness of the inputs provided. Vague, incomplete, or inaccurate inputs will produce correspondingly less reliable outputs.

Estimates produced by StackLift AI are indicative starting points only. They do not constitute a binding offer, a fixed-price quotation, a contract, or a commitment of any kind by StackLift AI or Atharva System Inc. Actual project cost, timeline, and scope will depend on many factors that cannot be fully captured in a wizard, including (but not limited to): detailed technical discovery, design requirements, third-party integration complexity, regulatory compliance needs, client-side dependencies, team availability, change requests, and unforeseen technical challenges. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StackLift AI and Atharva System Inc., their officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of the estimation tool or reliance on any estimate produced by it — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. If you are dissatisfied with any estimate or the estimation tool, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the tool.

This Disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from use of the estimation tool shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, USA.
