Terms of Service

By accessing or using StackLift AI (including the AI-powered estimation wizard at stacklift.ai/estimate), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy and AI Estimate Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use StackLift AI. If you are using StackLift AI on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Atharva System Inc. regarding your use of the StackLift AI platform.

StackLift AI provides an AI-powered software estimation tool that generates indicative cost, timeline, scope, and technology recommendations for software development projects based on user-provided inputs. The platform also provides: • Marketing content, case studies, guides, and resources at stacklift.ai • A client portal for active Atharva System project clients • AI-assisted project blueprinting and proposal generation tools StackLift AI is a product of Atharva System Inc., a US-based software engineering firm. All estimation, proposal, and delivery services are performed by Atharva System engineers.

You may use StackLift AI for the following lawful purposes: • Generating AI-powered software estimates for your own or your client's project planning • Reviewing cost, timeline, and technology guidance as informational content • Engaging with the StackLift AI / Atharva System team to discuss a software project You must not: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law • Submit false, misleading, or third-party confidential information without authorization • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond normal use • Use automated tools to submit bulk estimation requests or access the platform at scale • Attempt to circumvent security, rate limiting, or access controls • Use the platform to generate estimates for the purpose of competing directly with StackLift AI or Atharva System We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

All content, technology, software, branding, and AI outputs generated by StackLift AI — including estimate reports, blueprints, and proposals — are the property of Atharva System Inc. or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your project inputs (descriptions, requirements, uploaded files) remain your property. By submitting them, you grant Atharva System Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for the purpose of generating your estimate and any subsequent formal proposal. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit StackLift AI content, branding, or AI-generated outputs without prior written permission from Atharva System Inc..

All estimates produced by the StackLift AI estimation tool are subject to the AI Estimate Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: • Estimates are AI-generated and indicative only — not a binding quote or contract • No warranty is made as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose • Atharva System Inc. is not liable for decisions made in reliance on an AI estimate • A formal proposal from our engineering team is the only binding commercial document By using the estimation tool, you acknowledge reading and accepting the AI Estimate Disclaimer.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atharva System Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity • Decisions made or costs incurred in reliance on AI-generated estimates • Service interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in platform outputs • Unauthorized access to your data through no fault of our own Our total liability for any claim arising from use of StackLift AI shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount you have paid to Atharva System Inc. in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

StackLift AI integrates with third-party AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft Azure) and infrastructure services to deliver its functionality. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Atharva System Inc. is not responsible for any third-party service downtime, data handling, or output quality beyond what we have agreed with those providers. Links to third-party websites from StackLift AI are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

Your use of StackLift AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using the platform, you consent to data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or by email to registered users. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of StackLift AI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of StackLift AI will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, USA. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at contact@stacklift.ai before initiating any formal proceeding.
